Avoid clear plastic waggler floats in Australia

I store my fishing gear in the shed and as it is exposed to the full heat of the Aussie sun, it can get pretty hot in there. I reckon it would get up to 45 degrees on the hottest summer days. This has a tendency to warp my clear plastic wagglers.

From now on I will be buying the timber variety. I buy these from Tackle Bargains in the UK. Shipping to Australia can take up to three weeks. The Northside Angler in Campbellfield, Melbourne has a pretty good supply of coarse floats as they have access to a Middy supplier.
